What's this all about?
Too many of us go home at night and complain about our jobs, yet do nothing about it. Too many of us feel intimidated to give our bosses the feedback they deserve, good or bad. This is where Tell On The Boss comes in.
The goal of this site is to give people an outlet to voice praise or distaste for their bosses.
Many employees feel they are placed in situations where they aren't given a voice or they are led to believe the culture at a company is a lot better than it really is.
Tell On The Boss aims to give all bosses or employers a rating so that potential employees (and the world) can tell whether they're doing a good job and if they're treating their employees fairly.
We hope to achieve this by allowing users to create pages for these "bosses" and to leave feedback anonymously. There is no information stored about the user when a post is made, save for a special sauce of meta data to rate-limit users from posting too frequently (after all, we're not trying to create a hater playground). This data is flushed regularly which helps maintain the pure openness of the platform.
Nearly everyone in America has a boss, or is a boss. Now, for the first time, we will all have an open platform which will discuss how well these bosses are treating their employees. Feel free to let us know what you think of the service.
Sincerely,
Tell On the Boss
